Exchange Online – Whitelist a Domain to bypass Spamfilter

Well don’t we all just love SPAM and SPAM Filters, the awesome technology behind them? But the first thing my customer ask, how do I whitelist an entire domain? Well, do you really want to do that?

Procedure

Step 1: Go to Admin Portal > Exchange Online > Mail Flow:

Step 2: Create a new rule based on the Bypass Spam template:

Step 3: Define the domain you want to white list and add some additional settings to your liking:

Step 4: Save it and done.
