Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the FTP site by typing the FTP address in the address bar. When prompted, enter your credentials and click on the Log On button.
Press the ALT key to reveal the Internet Explorer menu. Look for the View menu.
Click on View and then Open FTP Site in File Explorer. If prompted, re-enter your credentials. The FTP site will open in File Explorer.
To transfer files to the FTP site, copy and paste the file from your PC on to the file explorer window.
To copy a file from the FTP site on to your computer, copy and paste the file from the file explorer on to your computer.
