XAMPP - Exception EAccessViolation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025b2ae

I'm getting the error "Exception EAccessViolation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025b2ae" when I close the xampp-control.exe (XAMPP Control Panel).

How to fix it?

Usually, this happen because your user must have administrator permission while opening that process.

To fix it, after installation (before running Xampp), you will need to go to the C:\xampp directory (it is the recommended path to install Xampp), right-click on xampp-control.exe, go to "Properties", go to the "Compatibility" tab and then check the "Run as administrator" option.
